The Membership Committee serves to select Council Members each Fall as well and fill any seats that may become available during the calendar year.

About the Committee
From the Constitution:
1. The purpose of the Membership Committee is to organize and facilitate membership selection process.
2. The Chair of the Membership Committee shall be the Vice-President.
3. The Membership Committee will comprise of the Vice-President, the Secretary, the Treasurer ,the advisors, and three non-officer Representatives elected by the council. The duties of this committee are:
a. to publicize, organize, and hold the application call-outs with the emphasis on reaching all students who could be potential Representatives of the Council; and
b. to screen the applications; and
c. to organize, schedule, and perform the interviewing process; and
d. to select the new Representatives. After the selection process, the Chair of the Membership Committee will present a summary of information about the just selected Council Representatives to the current Representatives of the Council.
